Lasya Challa – Games Chair

My name is Lasya and I am a second year medical student at UT Southwestern. I graduated from UT Austin in 2012 with a B.S. in Microbiology. I love books, movies and all things Rafael Nadal. With superhero themed games, cowboys and angry birds among other things, the games are an instant hit with the kids at United to Serve. It’s a great way to let the community know the value of having fun and staying healthy at the same time.

Jamie Acker – Games Chair

Jamie is a second year medical student. She is originally from Pennsylvania and went to undergrad at New York University where she majored in Spanish and French. After graduation, Jamie taught bilingual first grade for three years in Brownsville, TX through Teach For America. Jamie hopes to go into Family Medicine or some other primary care specialty.
