Puneet Kumar

My name is Puneet Kumar, born and raised in Austin, Texas. Teaching has been a big part of my life. At Washington University, I was a program leader at the Campus Y for an organization called Science Gone Mad. We presented science experiments at local middle schools, and ultimately tried to foster an interest in the sciences. After graduation, I made my way to Dallas to join the ranks of medical students at UT Southwestern. Shortly after, I found AVID and United to Serve, a similar niche. My eventual goal is make it into academic medicine with a focus on teaching.
